The book, edited by Naomi Nichols and Carey Doberstein, explores issues, practices and experiences associated with coordinated efforts to end homelessness in Canada. Robert Wilton and I have a chapter in this great volume entitled “What is needed is the mortar to hold these blocks together”: Coordinating Local Services Through Community-Based Managerialism.
